NATURE MORTE

This series is inspired by my childhood, nature, and the world around us. I like to think of old photographs as a moment frozen in time. I always found it interesting that a photo can ignite your memories and bring you back to that exact spot. You hear the birds chirping, wind blowing, and can even smell the fresh air.

 

Nature Morte is creating still life objects from my memory. Sometimes the photopraph doesn't do these memories justice. I try to enhance the visualization of these objects so the colors, personality, texture, and surface become surreal and dreamlike.
